Caregiver Support Program
Information, assistance, respite services, training and support for Caregivers of frail adults 60 and older.

Senior citizens Are you providing care and support to a frail individual 60 years of age experiencing problems with two activities of daily living (such as dressing, eating, walking, bathing, toileting or transferring)?

The Caregiver Support Program can help you with the following areas:

  • Information and assistance connecting you with resources and service providers.
  • Providing education, guidance, and instruction on managing your caregiver responsibilities.
  • Respite care services- providing occasional short periods of relief or rest for caregivers.
  • Helping with some equipment and devices to make your caregiving responsibilities easier to cope with, including: incontinence supplies, grab bars, and specialized medical equipment and supplies with in program funding.
