The Ombudsman Program identifies, investigates and resolves problems of older residents (age 60 and older) of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and other long term care facilities and advocates on their behalf. Uintah Basin AAA’s Ombudsman Program also investigates complaints in long term care facilities in Duchesne and Daggett Counties.
