Are you homebound and unable to prepare your own meals? |

|
The purpose of the Home Delivered Meals Program is to help older people, who are homebound, to remain independent in their own homes by providing one nutritious meals per day. Individuals who are unable to manage their own meal preparation are assessed to determine eligibility. Certain special diets for health reasons, prescribed by a physician, may also be provided. To qualify for Home Delivered Meals an individual must be 60 year old or older and be homebound.
